I will guarantee that lots of wahoo will be eaten this weekend. The full moon falls on friday and March is still perfect for catching wahoo. Over the past week lots of wahoos have been caught but they seem to be smaller than we are use to seeing. Most of the fish we saw range in size from 10-20lbs. These small wahoo are usually caught far offshore under structure such as a floating object. Either way I will be trolling from sunrise to around 9am with double hooked mullets and my speed will be around 9 knots. We will then deploy live goggle eyes for the mid day bite. The best of the trolling was seen fishing from 100-250 feet of water.

Good Luck and Get Tight!
