In the picture here you see a delighted customer on a fishing charter we had earlier this week. He is not only delighted to catch 5 fish at one time he is delighted with the thought that if he bought one of those snappers at a restaurant he would have to pay at least $25. This week will be great for catching snappers of many kinds due to the fact that the wind has really shaken things up. If you get a chance to get out try fishing on the bottom with frozen sardines and a 3/0 mutu light wire circle hook. If you are lucky enough to catch live pilchards or sardines that will work too. The yellowtail and mutton snappers have been biting in 125 feet of water. The snappers in the picture are called vermillion snappers and you catch them in 250 feet of water. The Helen S out of Hillsboro Inlet has been having great catches of snapper. Give them a call if you don't have a boat and want to catch some fish..

Good Luck
