Pictured here is Leslie Pickett with some beautiful snapper from earlier this week. These fish were caught in 60-70 feet of water. Best method for catching these yellowtail snapper is to anchor your boat.
Drift small pieces of squid back behind the boat in the chum slick and hold on! Don't be impatient as it may take the fish 20 to 30 minutes to finally show up behind your boat. The result is totally worth the wait.
