Please email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will receive confirmation from customer support regarding return of your purchase.

When your return or exchange is accepted you will receive a confirmation via email.

Returns or exchanges without confirmation from the store will be denied.

Returns or exchanges after 15 days of original receipt will be denied

Returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

1. All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and unused condition.
2. Items must be shipped back to RJ Boyle Studio in packaging that ensures the item will not be damaged in transit.
3. RJ Boyle Studio is not responsible for return shipping and will not pay shipping for returns or provide compensation.

If an item does not meet the criteria above, the return will be denied

Custom & Special Orders

Custom ordered items may be accepted for return on a case-to-case basis depending on the customization. If accepted for return, there will be a restocking fee on these items. These include, but are not limited to, custom rigging, custom built rods, and other non-standard purchase orders.

Custom Boat Design & Art Orders

Custom created graphic artwork, custom apparel and gear orders are nonrefundable and not accepted for return. Customer will receive proofs for preapproval prior to finalizing or printing of any design. RJ Boyle custom artwork is nonrefundable and nonreturnable

Sale Items

All sales items are final. We will not accept returns for any items purchased on sale.

Return Address

Once you receive a confirmation email, ship the product to our address below. Products shipped back without receiving a confirmation email will be denied. 5040 N Federal Hwy, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% may be applied depending on the return. A restocking fee is generally incurred when the item has been customized or if it is a large order. For questions regarding whether a fee would apply, please call the store.

Gift Cards

RJ Boyle gift cards are not returnable or refundable. If you decide to submit a return request for an item that you purchased using your gift card, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your gift card.

Legal

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By doing business with RJ Boyle Studio and its affiliates, you agree to be bound by arbitration should any disputes arise.

Damages

RJ Boyle Studio is not held liable for damages of products in-use after purchase. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
