Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day (Monday to Friday) / bait orders (Monday to Thursday)

Free Shipping Policy

  1. 1. Free shipping is applicable to most, but not all, items totaling $250+. Items excluded from free shipping are noted in the product’s description and generally include oversized or heavy items such as harpoons, gaffs, fish bags etc.
  2. Free shipping exclusively applies to United States mainland. Exclusive of Hawaii, Alaska and other non-mainland territories.
  3. Orders will be processed via UPS Ground for all free shipping qualified orders. Delivery times are not guaranteed with UPS and therefore, we are not responsible for shipping times for these services.
  4. For faster delivery we recommend selecting an expedited option at checkout.

Bait Orders

  1. All bait orders are subject to additional shipping fees.
  2. Shipping prices displayed on the website are only an estimate. After placement of a bait order, you will receive a call from the store to confirm your order and be charged correct shipping fees.
  3. The final cost will be determined by the destination and size/weight of the package. All bait orders are subject to an additional shipping charge of at least $100.
  4. All bait orders ship Monday to Thursday via overnight shipping in a cooler with dry ice.
  5. Bait will not be shipped until additional charges are successfully processed.
  6. If we are unable to get ahold of you before 3:00 p.m. EST, your order will not be processed until the following day.

General Shipping Policy

  1. Most orders will be processed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  2. All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. We do not offer shipping through other carriers currently.
  3. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been given to the carrier. This applies to expedited methods as well.
  4. Once a package leaves the store, the customer is responsible for following up with UPS in the instance of late delivery or undelivered package.
  5. Oversized packages are charged based on dimensions and weight.
  6. If your order needs to be shipped to an address outside mainland United States, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for delivery.
  7. Orders Including Rods, Gaffs or Harpoons will incur an $10.00 charge for additional protective packaging

In Store Pickup

  1. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
  2. ID is required for pickup. The order will not be released without confirmation that your identity matches the billing information on the order.
  3. It will usually take 1 to 6 business hours to get your in-store pickup order ready. Larger orders will take longer to get ready.
  4. There is a 25% restocking fee for In-Store Pickup orders that are not picked up and/or canceled after 15 days of pick-up notification. There may be a higher restocking fee for customized items or large orders.
  5. In Store Pickup orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
  6. Pickup is only available at our Lighthouse Point location during business hours, located at 5040 N Federal Hwy, Lighthouse Point FL, 33064. We are open Monday – Saturday 7am- 6pm.

International Shipping Policy

  1. International shipping is accepted via freight forwarding. Customer must call to place their order and provide freight forwarding information.
  2. Non-mainland US orders may be placed by calling the store and placing your order.
  3. All international shipping/handling charges are based on package size, weight and destination.

Shipping Requirements

  1. No order will be shipped without receipt of total payment.
