If you ever get the chance to travel over to the Northwest Providence Channel located between Port Lucaya and Great Isaacs Light in the Bahamas do it. This is a body of water that holds some of the best dolphin, tuna, and blue marlin fishing near our coast over the next 3 months. The run is about 65 miles to the beginning of the channel. This pocket of water stretches back to the east and at times the fish will push farther back into this pocket. Take a look on a fishing chart and plan a trip. The yellowfin tunas average around 50 pounds and the dolphin can push that same weight. If you have any questions let us know. You won't be disappointed.
