Storm is Gone and Fish are Biting!

Storm is Gone and Fish are Biting!

Pictured here is the Bouck family with a big catch from a trip earlier this week. Big kings, mahi and tuna have all moved in so you need to go fishing. This is by far one of the best times to fish off our coast.

Everything you see here was caught trolling from 100-300 feet of water. Hopefully the seaweed has moves out of the area for the weekend. The forecast is looking awesome as there is no wind predicted for Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to check the radar for storms in the afternoon.

The good bite has been spread out so don’t be afraid to go north or south to get out of the crowds. The live bait guys have been catching lots of quality fish as well but the sharks can still pose a bit of a problem.

The swordfish bite was good this week with one fish being weighed in over 500 pounds this week. This could be an option with the good weather for those whose dream is to catch a sword.

If you need a charter or want to get rigged up give us a shout at the store.
